The website I stumbled upon was 15 ways to get happy at first it starts of with the author writing about their success and then goes directly to 15 ways to stay happy. Because being happy is a choice not an option.With this website it gives you nothing but good advise and easy steps to follow and its up to you to decide whether you want to follow them or not. It talks about cutting of the negativity from your life by endorphins just by simply walking your pet or going for a jog will make a huge difference and make you feel a lot better. Indulge in your passions remember what makes you happy, your dreams, aspirations anything that pushes you to become the person you want to be. We all have that happy inner person just waiting to come out we just have to let open a small crack in our heart to let it shine. One of the steps says to laugh because laughing is the best medicine to cure a bad day it forces us to smile and when we laugh were not letting the bad vibes take us over and instead enjoying the good times with good people. Another step is enjoy the simple things instead of worrying about things that only cause you stress and depression enjoy that you woke up in the morning and given another day to live enjoy your family and loved ones. Just enjoy the small things because they are not always going to be here and when their gone were going to regret not appreciating them when we had the chance. This step is my favorite our of all of them because as much as we all have those terrible days there's always something good that's going in our life but were just to blind to notice it. We indulge and let the bad things in our life consume us that we don't realize that there's better things going on in our life that we rarely appreciate.
